Help Unlock tool to bypass xiaomi mi account lock

Redmi 9T got locked after a factory reset with "This device is locked" the thing is the SIM I used is now deactivated and the email can't be recovered as it's binded with the same mobile. I'm on my wits ends trying online unlocking solutions and tools. Hoping someone can shed some light with some resources to help me with.
