once disconnected po, itawag lang kay cust. service (*8_8_8_8_) para i-recon nila. 100% working, u'll just have to wait po within the day.

Within 24 hours bro. Gabi ko lang kasi macheck, but apparently, afternoon pa lang bumalik na ang signal so actually less than 24 hours. Then pag expire, tawag ka ulit to request for a load reversal. Binigyan ako ng 4 days reversal. Actually dapat 3 days lang pero nalate ako ng 1 day before ko nireport yung first disconnection kaya 3 days, tapos yung 2nd time nadisconnect, 1 day bago nakabalik, kaya 4 days total ang ibabalik sa akin.
Reason naman na binigay nila is not the volume of use. May misalignment daw sa configuration between my sim and their system (whatever that means).
