First you need to download operamini/uc browser handler any version for your s40/s60 phone. After you download the application install it and open.

Follow the instruction below

Remove port: Check
Proxy type: Real Host
Proxy server: server4-1.operamini.com

Use default apn
Then save! Enjoy
Feedback if working and palike narin

PS. You can find java handlers in phc.
