Ako lang ba or kayo din blocked data sa sun. Diba sabi nila no blocking sun using injector or other vpn's with promo, may blocking sya dami kasing sniper / spy dito ee, yan tuloy trace na ni sun. May time din na babalik data ni sun with in 12hrs pero may time din na hindi na ! saklap dba! Na experience ko ito registered ako sa SUN TU60 nag download ako ng movies diko napansin na umabot na ako sa 3GB(tuloy-tuloy un). Then nag stop na ako sa download. After 10mins okay pa naman 4G lte pa, then after 10mins uli nawala na lte naging H / HSPA/3G then dina mabuksan data conn. Ginawa ko para ma resolba tumawag ako sa sun sabi "To restore your account's internet, send a private message to Smart Communications Inc. Facebook page or direct message to @smartcares via Twitter together with a written letter of request with signature & contact number + copy of Government ID. Please monitor your account within 72 hours upon submission of complete documents." (idadag ko lang haha nagta-tagalog din pala sila alang hiya yung ibang nag a apply na call center agent like me hirap makapasok kc nga nahihirapan mag English tas dapat nakatapos ka any 2 or courses, tapos ganun din pala mag ta TAGALOG LANG san ang hustisya!). BACK TO Thread.. Bili ka nalang new sim, wag na pahirapan sarili sa pag send nang kung anu ano pinababigsy nila
