Base sa iyong tanong, ang iyong device ay naka-Qualcomm Snapdragon yung platform, panigurado wala siyang EngineerMode. Dahil Qualcomm Snapdragon ang iyong platform, sa Method #1 lang ay posibleng i-enable ang VoLTE calls sa device settings o kaya sa Phone Info via Tip #1.

Kung sakali hindi lumabas ang VoLTE or HD icon sa status bar, subukan mo i-check if there is available updates via System Update kung ang iyong device ay nasa-latest version. Sana makatulong at ayan lang ang limit.

Boss, ayaw ma open yung engineering mode. Bakit po? Oppo f11 device ko po. Pag itap ko yung engineering mode, walang nagyayari, same sa dial, walang nangyayari. Pahelp po.

Sa Oppo F11, naka-encrypted siya, kaya hindi siya ma-open sa EngineerMode unless naka-decrypt ang device.
Ngayon ko lang nadiscover na ganito. Napanood ko of how to decrypt before accessing EngineerMode.

Di ko po natatry nyan kaya di q alam ang ano magiging sagot nyan. Alam q some models meron VoLTE switch sa device settings, at iba wala.

May ibang paraan kung sakali magkaroon ng VoLTE feture, pero risky ang gagawin dahil kelangan i-reset ang iyong samsung device kapag nabago mo yung CSC.

I-type daw yung ★#272#<IMEI># para maopen yung tinatawag na Preconfig.

Babaguhin daw yung CSC code to Open Line (kung Philippines, Singgapore, Malaysia, etc.) o kaya CSC carriers (Globe, Smart, Sun, SIngtel, Starhub, etc.). Pero di q alam kung sino sa kanila may ganong VoLTE call feature sa mga open line kaya di q matest.

Mas mahirap pang gagawin, kelangan q pang tignan ang /system folder kung meron configurations involved sa CSC with VoLTE, IMS at iba pa.

Wala kasi plano gawin sa Samsung J5 (2016) (CSC: Globe) dahil walang VoLTE at nagagamit pa naman sa ngaun. Pasensya na.Sana maitindiang mo.

thanks sa info Lodi, kaso malabo to sa mga Nokia user na gaya ko. Kahit may dual VOLTE support ung device at mediatek pa ung processor, naka lock na kasi ung engineering mode ng mga Nokia devices na ginawa from 2016 pataas

Pwede nmn, nasa device mismo yan kung may VoLTE support. Hindi nmn bawal e.

On a specific device, any chipset platform of smartphones provides certification if applicable ( like by the NTC or something like that) as an open line or any postpaid carriers in which code inside the device contains configuration file, meaning it is possible to have VoLTE support or not. And also there is a system application called com.qualcomm.qti.ims or something else the package name *.ims must be present and pre-installed.

Anyone in the comments, does it find helpful or does exactly did on your device?

Did you know that I did a research recently that accessing EngineerMode is still exist on the latest MediaTek chipsets, either Dimensity or Helio series specified in Cherry Mobile, Ulefone, and Umidigi models.

Soon, I will test it out for devices have Unisoc chipset. Base model could be Alldocube iPlay_20 or iPlay_40, realme C21Y or C25Y, or Infinix Hot 12 Play (Model number: X6816C) if I will able convince my friends to borrow their smartphone for testing their Unisoc chipset with DITO SIM.

Di ko pa natatry nyan sa Galaxy A8 2018. Depende kung ang device mo ay naka-Android 7.1 or Android 9.

Subukan mo i-enable sa Method 1. Kung walang feature or hindi lumitaw na icon sa status bar, baka di siya supported o kaya yung sim card ay hindi naka-DITO SIM.

May posibilidad to work with VoLTE pero di ko alam kung meron sa iyong device.

1. Dapat may IMS sa APN, at may IMS support sa iyong device.

2. Changing the CSC code on your device.
*Risky ang gagawin mo dahil required ito i-factory reset after setting up CSC code. Backup your data before proceeding.

Type *#272#[IMEI] in your native dialer. Find your IMEI on your device either IMEI 1 on SIM 1 or IMEI 2 on SIM 2.

Choose one of the CSC code which suits you. But I don't tell you about specific terms which I can't find the solution to have VoLTE support in /system directory contains .xml file. Some CSC code are open line and some are by carrier depends on your model number.
