Tested ko na to, kung di mo maenroll smart # mo kahit ano gawin mo at palaging "Sorry, we encountered an error while trying to identify your account. Please try again later" or yung ibang error. Tawag ka lang *8888 tapos follow lang hanggang mapunta ka sa customer service then tanong ka lang kahit ano or patagalin mo lang yung call then after 30 sec icancel mo na yung call mo then try mo ulit ienroll # mo, kung di pa rin gumana tawag ka ulit *8888.. Tested ko na to.
