I'm not very familiar with how SHS works but I'll give you my two cents on the matter of choosing your future path in education.
First, don't be fixated on things na "eto yung uso", "makaka kuha ako agad ng trabaho if eto course ko", etc. Have a very hard discussion with yourself, list down pros and cons of each of your choices. And from there, try to logically see things through. It's also wise to get the opinion of your family and friends but only take them into consideration and not part of your choice.
Second, include your resources into making your decisions. If your well off in life and can afford to take whatever path you want without thinking about the money, then good for you. But still, being prepared physically and mentally on your choice of course will be a great help with you in the future. As much as possible try not to go course jumping when you're in college. It will save you a lot.
Third, people will tell you that education is everything. That's true in a sense but not totally "everything". In this day and age, skills and application are your bread and butter when you get off college.
College only prepares you the basics of everything, your skills and knowledge will come after, once you get into the "real world".
Quick tip: once you get to your OJT (on the job training) find a really good OJT site that will really teach you and learn from it.
Be well my friend. You can dm me if you have any questions.
