Closed Software update error?!

Patulong naman mga ka PHC nag notify kasi yung settings na merong software update after nun ayun nag update na siya sabay mga 92% biglang lalabas error sabay restart update 92% error again again and again wala nabang pag asa hard reset nalang ba? phone ko samsung galaxy core 2

then idownload mo sa pc ang update then transfer mo sa handset mo ang update then boom
