After a thorough review, your account was found to have violated Shopee's Free Shipping promotions and enjoying voucher benefits, with multiple buyers bound on the same device and network, more than an individual should get. Note that these unusual activities are automatically detected & recorded by our system.
Violations against this rule would result in your account access being limited. To appeal for the lifting of your suspension, please provide the following details by replying to this email:
1. Letter of explanation as to why you have multiple checkouts using the same Free Shipping and multiple accounts on a single device or network.
2. Acknowledgement letter stating that you will no longer commit any violations moving forward
3. Attach a valid ID with a complete address for Shopee account verification
Please provide the requested details within 48 hours. Otherwise, your request will be rejected. Once you have submitted the requested documents, please wait for an update from our team after 24-48 hours.
Also, note that the appeal is subject to approval. We may require additional requirement/s depending on the outcome of the appeal attempt. Furthermore, if your account gets flagged or suspended for any fraud reasons for the second time, an appeal will no longer be accepted.
