The Commission on Elections last February 6, 2019 released the certified list of candidates for senators in the upcoming May elections.

The poll body said there are 62 official senatorial candidates for the elections on May 13, 2019.

Remember that the Chinese occupation in Spratlys happened during the previous administration. In your statement it seems you are marketing the Liberal party as pro-Philippines. I find it misleading. Why? Some candidates or majority of the Ocho Deretso candidates were holding prominent positions in the last administration, are still holding high positions. So, why did they allow the occupation of the Chinese in our islands in the first place?
