Help Scammer!!

Uhm hello po! Good evening. Can u guys help me kasi my partner was scammed by a facebook page. Bumibili kasi siya ng netflix ρrémíùm account and then nag ask sya sa seller if how much yung babayadan if magkano yung ρrémíùm na account and then 400 daw. I told my partner na mag ask sya ng proofs sa mga transaction na naging successful and then nag send naman sya but after mag bayad ng partner ko ng 400 ang sabi ng seller is iprocess pa daw nya and then my partner waited for about 5 mins and then wala pa ding update, nag chat na sya sa seller kasi nga hindi makampante partner ko kasi nga wala pa din yung account for almost 20 mins na. Nag chat ako sa account ko and then i asked the seller na pwede ba mag avail., nag respond naman sakin but sa partner ko is hindi and then dun ko na sinabi na he scammed my partner. Nag wow lang sya sa proof ko na naiscam nya partner ko. That was his allowance sana pero he just payed it para may magamit kaming account dalawa sa netflix. Please help us to trace the account of the seller. May iba na din s'yang na scam and kanina lang namin nakita when we go deep inside their page name. Please suggest po kayo ng pwedeng gawin huhu.

Pwede nyong i-report sa gcash, tapos ipakita nyo yung mga SS ng chat responses nung scammer. Baka mahabol pa kung hindi pa nagagalaw nung scammer yung laman ng gcash nya.
