Simple meal guide para sa mga Diabetic Person na tulad ko. Napakahirap on the first week mag adjust sa mga kinakain buti na lang nakahanap ako ng personal meal pattern to maintain my sugar level sa normal range.
Breakfast : (6am)
1 to 2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
2 to 3 Hard Boiled eggs
1/4 slice apple or orange
2 to 3 glass water
30 minutes lakad lakad
Snack : (9am)
1 glass of diabetasol (choco flavor)
1 pc whole wheat bread
Lunch : (12nn)
1 cup red or black or brown rice
1 cup veggies na ulam (okra másáráp)
1 slice of meat or fish
2 to 3 glass of water
Afternoon snack : (3pm)
1 glass of water or nestea zero sugar juice
1 pc whole wheat bread
Dinner6pm)
1/2 cup red or black or brown rice
1 cup veggies na ulam
1 hard boiled egg or 1 slice fish or meat
Night Snack (9pm)
1 glass diabetasol
Sana makatulong
My Blood sugar ranges only from 85 to 125 max
