Step by step procedure:
1: open hidden menu setting for lg make sure that you enable usb port for diag

2: turn off your phone

3: open Miracle Box *****

4: Go to CDMA/QUALCOMM/LG tab

5: on that tab tick Lg-repair IMEI

6ut your LG to download mode
just press volume up and insert usb port
wait few second until your desktop/loptop detects it

7: On the miracle box
once the computer detect your Lg Click scan port make sure you see
{comXX LG Androidnet USB Serial Port} XX- means the number of your computer port

8: Put the imei number of your cellphone...
To see just dial *#06# or just open the back casing

9: once all are prepaired just click start button and wait a few minutes and
bOOOOmm you have successfull to write or change your IMEI
