Hey guys! I was searching a way to stabilized PhcornerVPN(withpromo) without promo connection... Then I found this,
Try combining this https://phcorner.net/t/apn-tricks.272990/
to the vpn for stable result.

His apn tricks is still working but somehow unable to load certain apps like facebook and skype. So PhcornerVPN still the best choice.
