It depends on the area because the more subscribers the location got, the less you can get a good signal.
I'm not sure how many but in a cell site there is a thing they called the switcher that can accommodate a certain amount of subscribers. The switcher is categorized by digital mobile network technology namely GPRS(G), EDGE/E-GPRS(E), 3G, H, H+, 4G/LTE, and 4G+/LTE-A. If you are wondering why I added G and E, they are still using it until now, an S.O.P.
So if the LTE-A/4G+ switcher is full, you automatically transfer to 4G/LTE and so on. So speed can only be AREA only or AREA + TIME.
