Upon installation you won't see the India server but actually there is an India region/server. You can make it appear by this trick :

Start by connecting to Queensland Australia region/server then change to the next region/server on the drop down list every time you got disconnected on a normal browsing or downloading basis.
Remember : DO NOT TURN THE DATA OFF / ON.
Just jump to the next region/servers.
There will always be a fresh set.
Or abusively play ÿôutubê to force the capping. Use the other regions/servers consecutively.

By doing these techniques you manually force the capping.
You jump to the next region until you finish all the countries you see on the list.
Some regions may not respond or connect at one click but some will do after doing the procedure in repetitions.

Then restart your android unit, check if the India region/server appears, if it has not, just repeat the process, it may take time. Good luck.
