We have region/servers like India/Spain/Korea those regions automatically bypasses the capping on sim networks with or without registered promo.
Now for TNT and Sun, are under maintenance. The disturbances you experience from your locations are just signal issues from the networks themselves.
Jump from one No Cap region/server to the next incase you experience disconnection.

Pocket Wifi Details for QueenCee VPNs
TNT Sim— You can use it instantly on your Smart Pocket Wifi and connect by using TNT Promos. Sun was ok to use before when Default was still available but...
Sun Sim —As for zero load, it will only work on data connection because you will need to edit/change MINTERNET to wap to connect to our vpns on your Android unit now. "Rekta mo lang siya marerename sa cp or tablet talaga". Default is no longer available for Sun and that change came from the Sun network itself. It will not work for pocket wifi if you intend to use it with zero load. Besides the fact that there is no way to rename it on pocket wifi.
Smart Sim—As for zero load Luzon has no working Proxy Server. If you are from VizMin, some Proxy Servers still work. Smart Promos are not as affordable as TNTs.
Globe / TM—As for zero load, are both ok to use on Globe Pocket Wifi. There are times when it is ok to connect to Default but you need to master the art of CDC and patience. Moreover, there is an option for a fairly stable yet low on bandwith connection, Set APN to MGC —You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. on your Android device and make adjustments like setting the correct host address and port on your Android device and VPN Options.
There are locations that has no LTE signal yet, and you end up wishing you did not buy the LTE sim. This is why I always advice to set whatever sim slot you are using to 3g Only; more so when you intend to use it on VPNs. As for zero load, some areas are in luck because LTE works for them but some do not.
In fairness to 4g LTE, It will work tremendously faster and stronger on registered promos on VPN use but just make APN adjustment like http.globe.com.ph first.

donbanawa No sir, do not use the 2g/3g option because it will juggle from 2g to 3g back and forth. Have it fixed to 3g Only or in other terms WCDMA.
