Now that we don't have a working proxy server (no load) for TNT. I'd suggest that you use a regular Sun sim network. It will work on zero load and it has BOOST Handler Settings now... See it on page 1, on the spoilers.
Or...
Use Globe and TM sim networks.

The file is safe and ready to install just :
Please locate your downloaded apk file on your File Manager or folders. Then install.
Also, if it does not install after doing so, you may have another modded app on your cp that is not Psiphon.
I would recommend that you uninstall that file before proceeding.

Kadalasan po pag na ddc signal issue po yan kasi once ba kumapit na quatum at malakas 3g signal mo hindi ka niyan i lalag lag

ermaorou our vpn works best on a regular prepaid sim. Smart and TNT are having issues with vpns now.
At this point, I'd like to suggest that you use Sun, Globe and TM sim networks. Good luck sir.
