Help Preferred network type not showing.

Hello po sa lahat. May concern lang po ako regarding sa internet connection ko. I did the switching of network type sa Smart from 2G to 4G vice-versa, pero hindi parin lumalabas sa uppermost left yung preferred network type. Hindi ako makapag Facebook kahit Free Mode lang. Nag airplane mode ako, reboot or restart, switch off and on ng phone pero the same result parin. Hindi parin lumalabas yung preferred network type. Huhu. Ano kaya po yung pwedeng sanhi at solusyon para rito? Salamat sa mga makakasagot.

Blocked sim?

May signal naman po siya. Ewan ko lang kung blocked na ba to pag ganun.

Either may problema sa network provider mo or block yung Data signal mo TS.

Dito din sa amin nagpa-fluctuate din ang signal, palaging nagsi-shift sa 3g kaya kaumay minsan.
