Closed PPD Links / URL shortners sa forums through TXT files download?

Since banned yung pag use ng PPD links kapag mag post ng thread unless kung may merong mirror link, mukhang may loop hole ung rules natin dito.
Bali yung ginawa nila ay:
1) Create ng thread
2) Gumawa ng TXT file then doon ilagay yung PPD links
3) Upload the TXT file sa DropMB
4) Post yung DropMB link sa thread

So, tanong lang. Pwede ba yung ganito? Kung oo, mukhang dadami yung ganitong style sa pag implement ng kanilang PPD links.

They have the freedom to choose whatever the file they want to upload/share. But if they violate our Forum rules then they'll be dealt with accordingly.

Suggestion ko lang po baka pwede gawin nyong hindi ma bawi yung like. kasi yung iba mag like lang para ma view ang laman pagkatapos e download. tatanggalin ang like nila.
