Closed Please help me check this hosts for a way to tunnel

I was amazed yo see what you guys are doing here.. I wish I have half this knowledge and can speak your language..

I want to learn.. I have knowledge about *****ing and I want to follow the Masters to know more..

Right now I have a sim card used for sim card registration by MTN, it's not registered AND not normal sim but can browse unlimited...
The ISP (MTN) noticed and blocked the Ip i use in my configuration 10.199.212.2 I found another ip 10.199.212.7 and it worked and this isp blocked it again...

I have this sim now and some hosts but don't know how to tunnel them, all efforts proved abortive...


Please help... Also can I tunnel hosts like
