Help PLDT Home Prepaid Wifi disconnects when using Microsoft Teams

Hi,

Need help po. Nadidisconnect yung internet everytime I open Microsoft Teams kaya di ako maka join sa meetings. May naka experience na ba or may nakaka-alam ng solution?
I'm using PLDT Home Prepaid Wifi (Black).

Device Model: Evoluzn FX-ID3
Router Version:Evoluzn_PLDT_ID3_1.1.0
LTE Version:NZ_Evoluzn_FX_ID3_V05

ganito din po problem ko. lagi na lang nagdidisconnect, kakabili ko p nga lang kagabi. everytime dc lagi, pinalitan ko na from lan to wifi ganun p din. may ganitong problem din b sa inyo?

Issue ko din to sa teams sa laptop. I tried resetting the modem (black) wala pa din. I tried using teams sa mobile phone ko and connect sa pldt. Ganun parin. But when i connect sa data ko 4g nag tuloytuloy na team calls ko. Not sure pero issue ba to ni pldt home wifi sa teams?

same issue din. sana may makatulong. hirap sa calls laging nagdrodrop.

Same here.. Use VPN, the only workaround I have found.

Using Teams, Planner, Outlook for my job. I believe PLDT intentionally "kicks" us out when accessing those sites.

Hello, first time here, I have the same issue rin with MS teams using PLDT home prepaid (using Desktop and mobile), may notification sya na "You're oflline..." o kaya "Reconnecting". Lahat ng site na-aaccess ko except MS teams (both app and website) . Nag reset na rin ako ng modem. May updates po ba kung na-solve nyo na ito? Working naman ang MS teams ko kapag Globe prepaid USB tethering ang gamit ko. Thanks in advance

you can set your modem to 3G only, the only workaround I have found. Or you can use cactusVPN, which I used. It has a 3-day trial I believe. The only con is you have to create new trial account everytime, but no problem with it. As you can use only 1 gmail to create multiple accounts. You just have to tweak the username a little bit.

yes! actually 3G worked po tapos binalik ko sa 4G kahapon, ok naman na so far
backup ko muna itong cactusVPN pag nagloko ulit at kailangan na kailangan ko gumamit ns MS apps. salamat sir!

quick tip para unlimited registration ka sa cactus vpn, DL ka ng mag changer, change mo mac address ng LAN/WiFi Adapter mo everytime mag reregister ka. Then para isang email lang gamitin mo, dagdagan mo lang nang + sa dulo.

Example:
Original email mo is phfood@gmail.com
pag mag reregister ka sa cactus vpn you can try this first:
phfood+001@gmail.com
then phfood+002@gmail.com, and so on.. unli email haha
