Guys, update mula NTC and Smart. Pwede daw maunlock yung boosteven basta dalhin lang daw sa physical store ng smart kasama yung proof of purchase.

mga lods may memo pala galing ntc noong 2019 na bawal na mag lock ang network providers sa mga devices pakibasa dito baka ito pwde natin gamitin ahahah

Tama po yan. Required talaga mag unlock si smart. Kaya tumawag sakin yung Smart kanina after kong mag escalate sa NTC. Sabi kac sa twitter phones lang daw pwede iunlock. Sabi ng smart punta na lang daw ako sa physical store malapit samin at nirefer na daw ako nila. Sa december ko pa to matatry kac sa december pa ako makakapunta sa store nila.

Sabi ng smart punta na lang daw ako sa physical store malapit samin at nirefer na daw ako nila. Sa december ko pa to matatry kac sa december pa ako makakapunta sa store nila.
Pwede ba e pa openline yung sa online reseller nabili?

Thank you for patiently waiting. Regarding your concern, only Smart/TNT/ Sun mobile data-locked units purchased directly from the Smart Stores, Sun Shops, Satellite Branches, Smart Online Stores and Authorized Resellers are qualified for unlocking. Also, here are our other requirements:

For prepaid account:
1. MIN-kitted/bundled based on CSP/Optima 360 record
2. With OR (proof of purchase) and beyond 24 months from date of purchase
3. If subscriber cannot provide OR as proof of purchase, he/she can present the following:

Present Valid ID and Notarized Affidavit of Loss with the following information:
• Name of Subscriber
• Date of Purchase
• Device Model/Type
• IMEI of device
• Reprinted copy of Official Receipt containing pertinent details

• For select prepaid handsets availed through Smart’s handset partners:
1. Beyond 24 months from date of purchase (as indicated in the OR).

Nc Info, Lods. kaya starting this year kung bibili ka prepaid gadget. Medyo matagal 2 years hehe, fully obsolete bagsak ng devices. Baka mauso na 5G at bagsak nun. Maja junk na rin prepaid r281 kung sa city gagamitin, bagsak mga provinces na hehe

eto daw kapag walang receipt: "You can provide us the reference number instead. Please take note that we only process the device unlocking if your device is SMART-locked. Hope this helps!"
 
Oks na din yan, kung para s mga provincial used na devices. Pag sa City mapapag-iwanan specs ng gadget pag antay pa 2 years

paano yung walang mga resibo sir? sabi ko na ngaba pwde yan kasi sisabi doon sa memo na devices kelangan nila e unlock lalo pagka prepaid ang binili mo.
