PLDT AURA MA7 TELPAD CANNOT CONNECT TO INTERNECT CONNECTION

Good morning po, I just want to ask po kung bakit di po maka connect ang pldt aura ma7 telpad ko sa wifi connection namin. Dati it was working and connecting well to the wifi networks, pero biglaang di sya maconnect. the problem po is kapag i try to click the wifi button, wala po talagang sinasagot or anything.. gray lang sya at di po talaga ma on yung wifi button... any tips po please?
