Simple explanation.
By default, Netflix not allowed you to play 1080p. kung manonotice niyo hindi siya ganun kalinaw minsan. and nakadepende pa sa connection mo.
So, kung gusto mo maenable ang 1080p, download Chrome extension below.

NOTE:
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. After you download the file, extract it somewhere permanent folder.
2. Go to your chrome extension and enable Developer Mode.
3. Load the extension folder and you will now have the extension.
4. Now let's test.
First of all. we need to modify the settings:
Here's the command:
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S to open the options: (See ss below)
select the highest then click override (this will override the current resolution/bitrate)
Now Play the video and then to show the information:
Press: Ctrl+Shift+Alt+D (this will show you the information)
Here's the screenshot that will tell you if it is already playing with highest resolution:

as you can see it's already enabled the 1920x1080p resolution with the highest bitrates

- This may raise your CPU usage since Netflix was never intended to be played back in 1080p on Chrome..
- Make sure to clear your browser cache, as the cached playercore will override the modified one and you will not be able to play 1080p.
- Make sure to enable hardware acceleration on your chrome settings.
