hello po, sa mga may experience na sa call center jan. san mas pref nyo mag apply yung sobrang basic lang ng tanong at madali makapasok? gusto kopo kasi itry mag call center. natatakot din sa rejections pero try lang ng try talaga.
but same din po ung tanong sa interview if non voice po kunin?okay lang ma-reject, you can learn from your failure, btw, Accenture is the best with benefits.
sir pwede pa dm?Dito sa amin sa Manila you can apply.
salamat sa ideya boss. malaking tulong to.i am a call center agent let me just give you an insight
karaniwan lang naman tanong sa interview is tell me something about yourself
just be confident,di mo naman need na masyadong fluent sa english
sa interview dont take it as an interview but take it as like you are just making common conversation
parang nagkukwento ka lang ng tungkol sayo
some question are about the company, so do some bit of research
just always be hones and dont pretend to be someone else
also palagi mong sasangayunan ang tanung sayo
like are you willing to go on shift
are you ok on making duty during holidays
always say yes kahit ayaw mo kasi once nakapasok ka naman na wala sila magagawa if ayaw mo hope you get my point..
also some bit of advice
what is better non-voice or voice
voice account or CSR you talk to one client at a time
after a call you will be given enought time to accept another call
and some account are always avail meaning walang masyadong calls
specially if sa health dept ka
pero sa telco... goodluck nalang
non-voice
yes true you dont need to talk fluent english but you need to be a fast typer atlease 60words per minute
why?
because you dont just talk or chat to one client usually 3 to 5 clients at the same time ang kachat mo
there are lots of great company
accenture - high expectation (sr high grad w/ 6months exp, or HS grad atleae a year exp)
allorica - almost the same pero nagrereconsider
talkus- same din
TP - open sa lahat with work at home setup pa
your choice po yan sir..
Thankyoi sa tips sir sa monday apply ako sa TP no experience pa hahai am a call center agent let me just give you an insight
