Mga master possible ba na yung scanned 2x2 pic eh ma enhance to 1080x1080 sa photoshop?

saan po ba mas maganda? photoshop cc or cs?

taasan mo image quality ng scan..then there are tutorials in yt to enhance images in ps...e.g. Piximperfect (yt) much better if cc version
