1. Paano makasali sa SWAP, SAVE & LEVEL UP promo?
(How to join the SWAP, SAVE & LEVEL UP promo?)
ANSWER: Go to any participating Cherry Mobile concept stores below and bring your used working mobile phone (any brand)na ipapang swap para ma avail ang up to 60% discount.
2. Ano ang kailangan kong gawin para maka sali sa swap, save and level-up promo?(What do I need to do to join the swap, save and level up promo)
ANSWER:Magdala lang po ng kahit na anong brand o model ng cellphone na gusto mong ipagpalit. (Just bring any cellphone brand or model that you want to swap.)
3. Smartphones lang ba ang pwedeng i-swap? Pwede din ba yung mga feature phone? (Can I only swap smartphones? How about feature phones?)
ANSWER: Parehong smartphone o feature phone ay pwedeng pwede naming tanggapin basta po gumagana pa (We will accept both smartphones and feature phones as long as it’s still working.)
4. Pwede bang mag-swap ng hindi gumaganang cellphone?(Do you accept faulty/not working cellphones?)
ANSWER: Hindi po. Mga cellphone na gumagana lamang po ang aming tinatanggap.(No. We only accept working cellphones.)
5. Pwede bang mag swap ng cellphone na madumi/maraming gasgas/basag na screen/etc.? (Can I swap-in a damaged cellphone? (unpresentable/full of scratches/broken screen/etc).)
ANSWER: Mayroong naka assign na Cherry Mobile technical personnel na titingin ng iyong cellphone kung ito'y maaari mong i-swap.(There will be a designated Cherry Mobile technical personnel that will evaluate if your cellphone is fit for the swap promo.)

8. Mayroon po bang limit ang pag join sa swap, save and level-up promo? (Is there a limit to the number of times I can avail the swap, save and level-up promo?)
ANSWER:Walang pong limit. Maari po kayong mag-swap kahit na ilang cellphone at kahit ilang ulit mula April 18-22, 2018. Isang (1) luma pero gumaganang cellphone (Cherry Mobile or ibang brand) ay pwede i-swap at bumili ng isa sa mga cellphone na kasali sa promo ng may 60% na diskwento. (There is no limit. You can join as much as you want, as long as you have a working cellphone that you can swap. Each working cellphone to swap entitles the customer to avail any Cherry Mobile smartphones included in this promo with up to 60% discount.)
9. Kailangan ko po ba na kumpleto ang mga gamit (box, etc.) at accessories ng cellphone na gagamitin ko sa swap?(Do I need to bring the complete set (box, etc.) and accessories of the cellphone I'm trading in?)
ANSWER: Kailangan mo lamang dalhin ang iyong cellphone na gagamitin sa swap kasama ang gumaganang charging cable/charger. Tandaan, dapat pumasa ang iyong cellphone at charging cable / charger sa technical evaluation na gagawin sa participating Cherry Mobile concept stores. (You only need to bring the cellphone that you're swapping in and its working charging cable/charger. Please note that your cellphone must pass the technical evaluation that will be conducted at the participating Cherry Mobile concept stores.)
10. Paano kapag hindi ko dala ang charger? (What if I did not bring my charger?)
ANSWER: Kailangan may dalang charger para mapa-swap ang inyong dalang unit at para ma-test kung ito ay gumagana o nagchacharge. (You need to bring your mobile phone’s charger to prove that your mobile phone is working.)

14. Kung mas mahal po ang cellphone ko (more than P4k up po and presyo) or mas bago (2016 up lang po) maari pa po bang mas mataas ang diskwentong aking makukuha?
