Help Phishing, Virus or Malware, please help

Hi good day po , I don't know what happened pero every day may nagpapalit ng company fb password ko na naka-log in sa computer, di ko alam if may na-install ba ko na kung ano, may virus or malware o baka na-phishing. Can someone help me out or some advices. It will be a great help. Thanks!

Tingnan mo sa taskbar yung mga peocess, probably key logger kasi lagi nya napapalitan or may access sya sa recovery number or email.

Di ko sure kung sa mga ininstall ko na software kaya niremove ko, makakasolve ba ng issue yon? I mean magstop na ba dun?

installer at uninstaller are usually separate exe files iyan, if yung installer exe lang ang nilagyan ng extra code aba di kasama iyon sa pag uninstall kasi separate exe yung uninstaller e walang extra code doon, nasa installer ang extra code added

I don't know if nasolve na ang issue ko, nag scan ako offline miscrosoft defender then remove threats. Observe ko na lang po.

Then baka po familiar lang kayo kasi yung files ko sa desktop nawala lahat, pag nag-search makikita sya pero di ko na ma-open

Nawala siya after ko i-open yung System Configuration, Selective Start up, then I ticked the box "hide all microsoft services" then disable the other apps tapos ayon wala na po mga files ko. Wala akong online back up.

nag-delete na po ako, kahit may 2FA or codes or anything, na-oopen sya, mano-notif lang ako na may magbubukas pero already accessed na sya then walasa log in history. nasa system 32 yung virus kaya di na rin gana keyboard at mouse ko. nagreinstall na lang ako ng windows then scanned mga files. nakakaiyak pero salamat ng marami sa inyo. sa tagal ko kasi dito 1st time lang ako nadale. hahaha, Thank you mga lods

Nag safe mode ka sana par tas nag scan ka ng virus para no need reinstallation kasi most virus pag nag safemode or safe boot ka sa pc or laptop na disable.
