Help Percent recovery

I make dried products, 1st attempt of my dried product is kinda wet, so I re-redry. And my concern is how to calculate the percent recovery.
1st dry
wT. Before drying: 4000 grams
wT. After drying: 2018
2nd dry (re-dry)
wT. Before re-drying: 2018
wT. After re-drying: 1910

How to calculate the percent recovery?
