Update: Lagi error sa recharge. Too many users are accessing the website daw.

Ezetopup boss. Kahit non-verified at maliit lang ang fees. Ang gusto ko dito pwede PayPal balance lang ang payment kahit walang CC naka linked. Yung iba kasi need pa ng CC para magamit as payment.
