  1. Qualified users who will send at least PHP 1 each to 7 unique PayMaya users with UPGRADED ACCOUNTS will receive a random cashback that can amount to any of the following
    1. PHP 5
    2. PHP 50
    3. PHP 500
    4. PHP 50,000
  2. Transactions must be made using PayMaya’s “Send Money” feature and amounts sent must be received by the receiver in his/her PayMaya (Consumer) account.
    The following transactions are not considered valid for this promo:
    1. Bank Transfers to a PayMaya account (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
    2. Sending money from PayMaya to Smart Padala
  3. Each qualified user can only be rewarded ONCE during the promo period. Any transaction made by the user after performing the required transactions for this promo shall not be considered for any further reward under this promo.
  4. Qualified users will receive their reward via a cashback voucher. To redeem the voucher, please follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance.
  5. This promo is applicable to upgraded PayMaya Consumer accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will NOT be considered valid.
  6. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app at any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  7. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  8. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  9. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback vouchers to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent: duplicates, created by blacklisted users, solely created for gaming the promo, (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  10. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or wí†hdráw cashbacks to accounts with suspected invalid transactions even if the user has already received or redeemed the cashback.
  11. Should a qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to wí†hdráw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be wí†hdráwn at the time of wí†hdráwal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not wí†hdráwn when your balance is sufficient.
  12. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
  13. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  14. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.

A. General Mechanics

  1. The promo period is from March 4 to 31, 2022.
  2. This promo is open to all PayMaya customers, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines, and will transact using the PayMaya app.
  3. Users can participate in this promo and
    1. Get a chance to be one of the 50 PayMaya users to only pay ₱1 for their bill and have the rest of the bill amount refunded to their PayMaya Account, capped at ₱5,000. Both new and returning bills pay users can earn raffle entries per successful transaction subject to verification if the transactions are valid.
    2. An additional ₱50 cashback reward will be given to new PayMaya bills payors during the promo period, for payment worth at least ₱500. Up to 2 transactions will be rewarded per user, amounting to a maximum of ₱100 cashback for the entire promo period.
  4. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the reward and be qualified for the raffle.
  5. Bills payment and donations made for specific categories and businesses listed below are not qualified for this promo:
    1. All billers under “Donations” category
    2. All billers under “Payments Solution” category
    3. COL Financial
  6. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the PayMaya app are not eligible for this promo.
  7. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, PayMaya reserves the right to wí†hdráw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
  8. Refunded transactions made through the PayMaya will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to wí†hdráwal of cashback and disqualification from winning the raffle.
  9. This promotion will only cover billers that do not have any other offers running to avoid overlapping of rewards. Joiners of other PayMaya bills payment promos will not be eligible for the raffle or cashback.
  10. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
  11. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or wí†hdráw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
  12. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse and wí†hdráw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to wí†hdráw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be wí†hdráwn at the time of wí†hdráwal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not wí†hdráwn when your balance is sufficient.

B. For the ₱1 Raffle


  1. The raffle promo will cover bills payments from March 4 to 31, 2022.
  2. Users can participate in this promo and get a chance to be one of the 50 PayMaya users to only pay ₱1 for their bill and have the rest of the bill amount refunded to their PayMaya Account, capped at ₱5,000.
  3. The promo is open to new and existing PayMaya users (consumer accounts only) who paid bills of at least ₱500 per unique transaction starting March 4.
  4. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn raffle entries for every single made using the Pay Bills feature of PayMaya
  5. A user can earn one raffle entry for every qualified transaction for a chance to be one of the 50 PayMaya users to only pay ₱1 for their bill and have the rest of the bill amount refunded directly to their PayMaya wallet, capped at ₱5,000.
  6. The deadline for earning raffle entries is March 31, 2022, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time
  7. The winners will be drawn on April 4, 2022 1 PM, via Microsoft Teams in the presence of a DTI representative.
  8. Announcement of raffle winners will be on or before April 11, 2022 on PayMaya’s official Facebook page.
  9. Prizes will be credited directly to the PayMaya wallet of the winners within 14 days from the official announcement. The prizes are non-expiring.
  10. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by PayMaya Philippines Inc.
  11. The prizes are convertible to cash and transferrable because these will be credited to the total balance of the winner’s PayMaya wallet which allows him or her to do any kind of transaction right after.
  12. The winners will be notified via registered email, SMS, and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity.   13. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
  14. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner shall get the prize with a higher value.
  15. The prizes of winners will be credited directly to their PayMaya account.
  16. All winners have to send a copy of a valid government ID to support@paymaya.com before their prize will be credited to their PayMaya account. Redemption period is 60 days upon receipt of notification from PayMaya Philippines, Inc.
  17. PayMaya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
  18. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
  19. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user will be qualified for one raffle entry.
C. For the ₱100 Cashback


  1. Users who are paying bills for the first time using the PayMaya app can earn an additional ₱50 cashback reward for payment worth at least ₱500. Up to two unique transactions worth ₱500 or up will be rewarded as long as they’re done within the same day, amounting to a maximum of ₱100 cashback for the entire promo period.
  2. Splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions will not be counted as unique and valid transactions.
  3. Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the PayMaya app.
    To redeem the reward voucher, please follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance.
  4. PayMaya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the promo period.
  5. Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 30 days upon receipt.
  6. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the cashback reward.
