I need help po, any tips or pano gawin para mag retain po yung mga nirereview ko? I will now be taking the board exam next month, eight yung subjects na rereviewhin ko, each subjects contain a lot of must to know informations. After that nalilimutan ko na. Help po, gusto ko lang makapasa sa board exam baka may gustong mag share jan ng tips nila or kung may tinetake man sila na supplements for memory enhancer. Pa share naman po huhu

Hello! I understand your struggle in retaining the vast amount of information you need to review for your upcoming board exam. Here are some tips that may help you improve your retention:

1. Spaced Repetition Technique: Instead of cramming all the information in one week for each subject, try to spread out your review sessions. Review the material multiple times, with each review session spaced out over several days or weeks. This technique helps reinforce your memory more effectively.

2. Active Learning: Instead of just reading and highlighting your notes, try active learning techniques such as summarizing the information in your own words, teaching the concepts to someone else, or creating flashcards for key points...

Engaging with the material actively can help improve retention.

3. Practice with Past Board Exam Questions: Practice answering past board exam questions related to the topics you are studying. This not only helps you familiarize yourself with the exam format but also reinforces your understanding of the key concepts.

4. Get Sufficient Rest: Make sure you are well-rested before studying and before the exam. Lack of sleep can impact your memory retention and cognitive function. Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night.

5. Healthy Lifestyle: Eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and incorporating regular exercise into your routine can also positively impact your cognitive function and memory retention.

6. Mnemonic Devices: Use mnemonic devices, acronyms, or visualization techniques to help you remember complex information more easily.

Regarding memory enhancer supplements, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional before taking any supplements, especially if you have concerns about memory retention. They can provide guidance on safe and effective options based on your individual needs.

Remember, passing the board exam requires not just memorization but also understanding and applying the concepts. Stay positive, stay focused, and believe in your capabilities. You can do this! Good luck with your exam preparations!
