Submit a ticket thru their Help Center within the GCash App. You can add your screenshot as well. Your screenshot has the "Ref. No." (Reference Number) so that will suffice. Then just wait for their reply and follow up frequently so your ticket gets noticed and hopefully you get a resolution to your problem.

wala kang magagawa kundi maghintay na mag-reflect sa history mo yung transaction makikita mo doon kung sino yung nakatransact mo. pag humingi ka ng ticket madalas kailangan mong iprovide yung transaction number at iba pang transaction details para sa documentation nila kaya kung wala kang maibibigay malamang hindi rin yan maasikaso.
