Paano mo na hahandle ang Stress at Overthinking ?

try to move always kahit ilang saglit lang and do what makes you happy. Like watch movies, listen to music, exercise if you can, ride bike, walking and etc.
 
actually overthinking is self creation..
people create overthinking
dont create overthinking becoz it wil also give us a storm,
a storm is creation of overthinking,
so dont create a storm from overthinking.

Exercise or long walk, yung tipo bang ma immerse ka sa paligid mo, so iwas ka sa mga maaingay na lugar. way din siya para makakuha ka ng new perspective kung ano man pinagdadaanan mo
 
Reason kung bakit kayo nag o-overthink?
If sa katrabaho or sa kaklase mo then accept people as facts like a tree, a wind or a commets. You can't do anything on them. You can't change the way they treated or whatsoever but have the power to limit your expectation to them.

Try to direct your attention to something else when your mind start to overthink. Try playing online videogames, watch educational YøùTùbé videos or anything that could alter your mind from overthinking.

You can also meditate for about 5 minutes to 10 minutes before you sleep. It helps.
