Base sa experience mo paano mo na hahandle ang Stress at Overthinking ?
 
know your limits, most of the time nauubos ating oras sa mga bagay na di naman importante, best if you accept that you cannot accommodate all, then learn to rank things in terms of priority then start removing the bottom ones, don't stop removing until you are relaxed

yun nga pag nahanap mo na yung sagot sa tanong mo , nagbabago nanaman yung tanong
 
mag-mall or any recreational activities dahil di natin kontrolado lahat ng bagay para sayangin sa overthinking at stress
 
wag mong isipin lalo kang masstress at lalo kang magooverthink
yun na nga hindi kase yan tinuturo sa skwlahan at kahit bata ka pa mostly di tayo tinuturuan pano mag isip ng tama , o pano "mag-isip" kaya pag dating ng adulting stage , lalabas na yung reyalidad at maninibago ka na.

simple soundtrip base sa mood alternative rock minsan manuood rin ng korean movie :D
ginagawang busy yung sarili , oo nga agree sa music nakaka bawas ng stress at nakakatanggal ng overthinking especially light lang na music
 
listen music, bonding with friends or siblings/Family talk about there something nostalgic that makes you and someone laugh, or maybe mag Home workout ikaw, YOGA or maybe go anywhere na ikaw lang mag isa dapat peaceful yung lugar. inhale & exhale yan lang po, ingat po at kaya mo yan malalalampasan mo yan! believe it

alamin mo muna ang pinag mulan kung bakit ka nag overthink. Kadalasan sa dahilan ng pag overthink is babae dba or lalaki sa mga may jowa dyan hahaha .Unti unti mo nalang e avoid yan .ang pinaka mainam or pnaka the best cguro is lumayo ka sa mga bagay na madalas nakakapag overthink sayo .At make self improvements wagkang ma stuck.
