For me, kung pampatalino secret recipe is MANI. Pampatalino yan proven and tested. Kumain ka even pag nag-aaral ka or nagrereview, at mapapansin mo mapapadalas ang inom mo ng tubig which is maganda naman sa katawan. For me kase, when it comes sa tulog based sa age mo ok pa yung straight 7 hours na tulog bata kapa, compared sa may age na dapat at least 8 hours.
