Then officials will decide if it is approve or not and about the decision sila ang bahala if warn, bigyan ka ng sanctions (limited access) or banned (red names with line ). Tips ko sayo na moderators have the powers also to banned you , so don't mess with official here in PHC or violate the rules harharhar .

This only on my understanding lodi:

First Established Status (Not a rank) is a feature na need to maintain para you can access the established features (Just find the link on established features).

2nd Elite Status (Not a rank) can be achieve if you reached 6 months stay here and above po (Even if you are not active). However you do need to comply pa rin sa requirements ng Elite. Benefits of being Elite eh hanapin mo na lang ang link .

3rd Ranks are for your achievements and a status also, if you reached higher rank then as a assumption na ikaw ay senior or knowledgeable or some kind of contributing to our fellow phc member here, pwede sabihin na lang natin na halos kabisado mo na lahat dito at reliable ka na pagtanungan but remember may iba't iba ang forte ng mga member dito, so di lahat pwede masagot agad or alam yung tanong mo pero if alam mo eh you can help him/her naman .
