SOME ROOTED USERS having this app called "Link2SD" But do they know how this work?
WARNING : using this app will format your sd card YES your sd card only. So better have a backup on pc or something
Okay so let's start.
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Internet connection (to download the app ofcourse)
2. Rooted phone
3. Just read and use common sense.
4. dapat yung sd card placer nyo ay nasa labas ng battery. Yung tipong di mo na kailangan i remove ang battery para tanggalin si sd card.

WHAT TO DO:

1. First download mo yung app na AParted
2. After that unmount your sd card in the settings.
3. Open AParted
4. Tap on add and choose fat32
5. If your sd cars is 4gb the. It is accessible for 3.64gb so yung gagawin mo ay i divide mo muna yung memory card mo. If 10gb then yung gagawin mo sa fat32 is "5gb". Gets?
6. Tap apply and wait for the process.
7. The app will ask you to extract your sd card in the middle of the processing. So yung gagawin mo tatanggalin mo yung sd card at ilalagay mo ulit. Tap ok pag tapos na.
8. Pagkatapos ng first partition. Ang gagawin mo naman ay 2nd partition. Ito ang magsisilbi na internal memory ng phone mo. So go to 2nd part of the app. Or simply tap TOOLS.
9. Sa tools check mo yung box para sa 2nd partition and choose ext2
   
   
10. Sa 2nd partition choose create at tap apply. Wait for it. It may take some time.
11. After that you are good to go. Go to settings. Then save config. Then reboot.

Hindi, ang partition ay mawawala lang kapag ni run mo sa command na remove partition. Yung Aparted medyo malaking installation din, uninstall na lang after magamit. Nagamit ko na ito dati.

my possibilities po mawala ang apps na ininstall niyo sa sdcard partition pag ni remove niyo ang sdcard at baka ma corrupt po sdcard niyo.
kung gusto niyo po direct na siya mag transfer download niyo po yung link2sd pro key niya.
