In today's world, we experience constant pressure to say that, do this, and look in a specific way. This sort of pressure comes from society, notably, family, friends, the and the biggest culprit, the media. For instance, the media portrays women to be a certain way and that anything aside that are way off – being unique shouldn't make you an outcast. This pressure makes a lot of us to change who we are to fit into the vacuum of ‘unstable' ideals. Wanting to change some things about yourself is tough to resist. From cosmetic surgeries, self-help programs, and countless diets; we always try our best to fit in. But that's the problem, why do you have to fit in when you can stand out? This is not a cliché, it's the basic truth.
