2 weeks pa lang ako sa dirty LC IF okay naman nagflat na tiyan ko pero bilbil meron pa din planking at squats exercise for 30 mins.
 
Consult ka sa nutritionist. Ang perfect diet sayo ay depende sa energy needs po. Cutting off rice is okay basta may other complex carbohydrate source ka. Iwas din sa sugar-rich food. Haha
 
1.focus ka sa whole foods, like eggs, meats, seafoods, vegetables, low sugar fruits like avocado.
2.tangalin mo ung mga processed foods, at matataas na carbohydrates at mga sweets.
3. eat more protein and healthy fats at limit carbs by 50grams muna or else.....

pero dahandahanin mo lang wag mo biglain baka mashock ung system mo at mag lalagas yung buhok mo. mostly yan nangyayari sa mga dieters dun sa fb group na sinalihan ko.
 
Oo nakaka limang araw na ako. Puro boiled egg lang kinakain ko. Walang rice. Nakakalata kapag di kumain ng kanin pero onti onti nasasanay
Ilan po boiled eggs nauubos niyo kada araw? 2nd day ko pa kasin and puro boiled lang kinakain ko, pwde kaya scramble?
 
fruits po best recommended,
kung gusto mo lang magpapayat simple lang ang equation
calories in < calories out
que si hodang anong pagkain pa ubusin mo sa calories na yan
 
Try to look for rice substitute. Baka mahimatay ka nyan.

Eat energy giving foods

Pwede ka rin mag brown rice. Mas healthy yun
