Help Need Help / Suggestions for Network Setup

I need help or suggestions kung anong mag set-up ang okay para dito sa home network namin.

As shown in the diagram yung current set-up ng home network namin. The ISP is connected to a Mikrotik hAP Lite na may Bandwidth Management Configuration. Wi-Fi routers are set-up as Access Point na naka locate sa kabilang bahay so that we can still have access sa wifi kahit saan sa compound pumunta, is it okay to connect it in series using LAN cable?
The DHCP on those Access Point are disabled and iisa lang rin set-up ng wifi (same SSID & Password but different Brand/Model ng hardware).

Problem 1: According to research dapat naka disabled rin yung DHCP sa ISP Modem and Mikrotik lang ang enabled para di magka IP Conflict, but when I disabled the DHCP sa ISP Modem, nawawalan ng internet.

Problem 2: Lagi nawawalan ng internet yung Access Point 3, to my speculation, sa LAN Cable ata may problem since Connect/Disconnect LAN Cable brings back the internet sa AP3.

sorry di ko po masyadong ma gets yung technical terms since di po ako masyadong maalam sa network.
the current set-up po ng ip ng mga device:

ISP Modem - gateway: 192.168.0.1
Mikrotik - gw: 192.168.1.1
Bedboom AP - gw: 192.168.1.4
AP1 - 192.168.1.2
AP2 - 192.168.1.3
AP3 - 192.168.1.5

sa Mikrotik,
yung IP Pool is set to 192.168.1.11 - 254 para ma reserved sa mga APs yung .2 to .10 ip.

try mo gawing pool yung mikrotik ng 100-253 then yung apat na access point gawin mo muna dhcp lahat para ma check mo kung gagana? tanong ko lang sa mikrotik kung ano gamit mong server? dapat ang pinakadomain mo ay yung 0.1 isp

Dont touch the modem dhcp no internet yan matik. Masquerade lang ether1 or kung saan naksalpak ang galing sa isp modem. tapos bridge ether2-ether4. disable wlan ng haplite. stay at long term 6.48.6 release. bandwidth management sa simple queue. no queue tree.
