Help Nawala mga message history ko sa inbox dito sa ph corner

Guys pa help naman po panu po maretrieved yung mga message history ko dito sa inbox ng ph corner account ko,,pagclick ko po kasi nung Mail na logo dito sa phcorner ko,wala na yung mga dating convo message ko sa inbox,,bakit kaya sya nawala,,ma retrieve pa kaya sya?meron kasi ako dun important convo,pls help po
