Hello! Any recommendations for multivitamins na possible din po ako maggain ng weight? Payat po ako ever since, di lumalagpas ng 40kg. May time pa na bumagsak sa 35kg weight ko nung nagaaral ako dahil kulang sa tulog at hassle ng pagcommute (lrt+mrt puro hagdan huhu). Now working ako for night shift. Gusto ko sana magtake ng vitamins para hindi macompromise immune system ko, while hoping to gain some weight kasi alarming talaga for me yung pagiging payat ko. Any recommendations po? Thank you!
