Ask ko lang if there's a way para makaconnect ako using softether PC exe in portable wifi mode? Wala kasi akong makita kahit kay pareng google. Para matry ko yung P2P able server na nakita ko..

Nabasa ko mga post mo iha. Verified correct and very informative.
Pwede talaga si SE-VPN+VPNGate or any SEVPN-account as no payload trick he he. Since sa PC naman ito, pwede rin yung Openvpn Finder add-on ng Chrome tapos use the VPNGate configs doon na makukuha sa OpenVpn GUI.
Ang best practice using SE+VPNGate Client Manager to get the best server ay lagi ninyong i-refresh yung list bago gamitin. Then click "Total Score" to list the scores from top to bottom, then choose the ones with the low ping, longest uptime, acceptable speed based on vpn sessions, and decide. Usually yung top scorer has the best settings. Since wala naman tayong payload, by my experience, UDP protocol has the best chances of connection in most cases.
