Proposal pa lang naman yang Grades 11 and 12 mandatory ROTC kahit pa sinabi ng presidente. Below 18 yrs old karamihan dyan kaya malamang ay either ibasura yung milder bill ni "Bato" (thru technicality) at bigyan ng pansin yung 2-year proposal ni "Inday Sara" na mas strict he he. But anything is possible. Kaysa mag-amend ng RA, sa Bill/s na lang yung usapin in the end. Pero kung revival yan dahil mandatory (sa ayaw at gusto natin) as per APO Jr., ang least na bagsak nyan ay 1 year for 2 semesters every Saturday from 7am - 12pm he he. Magsasayang pa ba ng laway sa isang dating nakagawian? (New regime, new rules, new bills....that's how it is. We just have to try reasoning out what we don't like and hope to be heard.)
