Mahihilohin sa byahe

travel sickness is a condition where your vestibular system sense that you are not moving but your eyes sense that you are moving, your brain cannot handle this conflict and therefore confused

there are things you can do to help prevent motion sickness when you are travelling:
  • Keep your eyes fixed on the horizon.
  • Don't read - try listening to story tapes instead.
  • Don't eat a lot before travelling.
  • Try distraction, such as playing travel games or listening to music.
  • Lying down also helps
but for me the best is sleeping during travel
 
9hrs+ byahe nyan, baon ka plastic🤣. Gawa ko subsob lagi eh pag bus, tas earphone lang.

Bonamine, at di rin ako masyado nakain para walang ilalabas

Ako madalas din nahihilo sa biyahe Tapos nasusuka pa pag may amoy langis or aircon. Itinutulog ko nalang 😅
 
ako pag malayo byahe hindi ako kumakain .. kung kakain man siguraduhin kong konti lang tapos bonamine tapos yung aircon wag mo itapat sayo..
