Based on the information available, the Kapa Community Ministry International Inc. has been identified by the Philippine government as a Ponzi scheme. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines has issued a cease and desist order against Kapa Community Ministry International Inc. on June 18, 2019, stating that the organization is soliciting and accepting investments from the public without the necessary license and is promising unrealistic returns.

Furthermore, the Philippine Department of Justice has filed criminal charges against the founder and officers of Kapa Community Ministry International Inc. for violating the Securities Regulation Code and other related laws.

It is important to note that Ponzi schemes are îllégâl and unethical investment schemes that promise high and unrealistic returns to investors. These schemes rely on new investors' money to pay off earlier investors, instead of generating legitimate profits through business operations or investments. Ponzi schemes are unsustainable and often collapse, causing many investors to lose their money.
