Procedures:
1.) Download 'OpenVPN Connect' app in Play Store
2.) Download the BlueVPN zip files at attachments
3.) Extract the zip files...
4.) Get the zip file password below...
5.) Open 'OpenVPN Connect' app then press Menu button then Import → Import profile from sdcard → Browse the *.ovpn files
6.) Goto 'Messaging' app then reg 'FREE WIKI' to 5555 (30x)
7.) Turn on data then try to connect....


ZIP Password:
Like this thread and Follow my profile account. Then wait, i'll add you to the group conversation...

Server Password:
BlueVPN change their password regularly.
I update the username anf password here:

USERNAME: bluevpnfree4all
PASSWORD:
   - 01/15/16: librewalangbayad
