USA has already made the mistake of building car dependent cities. Are we still going to do the same?

"If we build it, they will come."

Pero ayun nga train or bus moves more people.

if the government has no power to shut down private transportation then road widening is the next option

Extensive re-urbanazation plan ang solusyon dyan, kaso its take a lot of money, resources and time. 1. Map and Area re-construction plan 2. Moving out all of Major instutions/Government central building 3. Public Transport 4. Nationwide Salary

tanggalin ang provincial rate dapat same rate ang nasa NCR.
Build "new cities" in provinces. Move company headquarters from BGC, Ortigas, Makati, Eastwood to provinces.

kahit imove kasi yan mga company sa ibat ibang probinsya, pero tumpok tumpok padin sila still the same problem. Eventually lalaki din sila at magttraffic din doon.

There should be no such thing as "business zone" "residential zone" saka "commercial zone".. ideally, ung mga customer at workers ay nakatira din sa same area. Less travel.

ang way jan mag gawa at mag create ng new transportation like mga flying cars ithink yan iwan road widening tlaga or more bus lang p2p at more trains pero mas effective mga flying cars or any flying na transportation.

agree ako sa isa sa mga sagot dito. if the government cuts the "provincial rate" setting out of the topic and equalize salaries with the likes here in the metro, then people would eventually work at their respective provinces. but until there is no federalism, this concept will just be imaginary. the very reason why it is crowded in here is because job and opportunities are solely concentrated in the metro.
